Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.

The supplier reserves 48 working hours to manage orders and, in any case, orders will be handled from Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.30pm. French Time Zone.

Dispatch time may increase up to 2 working days due to high season load. Customer would be provided with the tracking number for every order at the moment of dispatch. Parcel would be delivered to the address indicated at the checkout in the dedicated field. In case of recipient’s absence at the moment of delivery, customer would be left a note.
