At Royal Palm, every fragrance is prepared and delivered with the utmost care.
For this reason, our distribution is intentionally limited to a select number of destinations, allowing us to maintain the highest standards in packaging, presentation and delivery.

Europe - Home Delivery

Royal Palm currently delivers within the following European countries:

Netherlands
Belgium
France
Germany
Spain

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

Shipping is complimentary on orders above €140.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday. Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email.

Saudi Arabia - Exclusive Pickup

For our clients in Saudi Arabia, Royal Palm fragrances are available exclusively for pickup in Jeddah.

This arrangement allows us to maintain the quality and presentation of every fragrance.
Detailed pickup information will be provided once your order has been confirmed.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Royal Palm Beauty has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

PLEASE NOTE: Items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package, unless specified otherwise by the customer.

 

Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.

The supplier reserves 48 working hours to manage orders and, in any case, orders will be handled from Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.30pm. French Time Zone.

Dispatch time may increase up to 2 working days due to high season load. Customer would be provided with the tracking number for every order at the moment of dispatch. Parcel would be delivered to the address indicated at the checkout in the dedicated field. In case of recipient’s absence at the moment of delivery, customer would be left a note. It remains customer’s responsibility to ensure collecting the order. Royal Palm Beauty assumes no responsibility for failure to withdraw the goods.
